We continually monitor the market to give you the best rates and the best terms. Choose from convenient weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments. We also offer 2nd mortgages.


CMHC Mortgages

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation financing is available up to 95% of the purchase price or appraised value of the property. In addition, if you lack a cash down payment, you can take advantage of the CMHC Flex Down product which allows first time homebuyers to meet the minimum 5% equity requirement. A good credit history and sufficient income to carry the debt load are all you need.

You can consolidate all your debts by using up to 90% of the appraised value of your home. Loan premiums are applicable and are based on the loan to value ratio.
