Make cash withdrawals up to $500/day, make deposits, transfer funds between sub-accounts, and make balance inquiries any time of the day or night. In addition, your Membercard will give you access to your funds ALL ACROSS CANADA... ALL ACROSS THE WORLD wherever you see the INTERAC Network sign. Your Membercard can also be used as a debit card to pay for your purchases directly from your So-Use account through the Point of Sale (P.O.S.) Direct Payment system. Many local retailers offer Direct Payment so you can use your Membercard to pay for your groceries, gasoline and many other items, with the money in your account.

So-Use Voice

Our FREE, fully automated telephone banking system that offers you 24 hour access to your account from your home, office or car! Transfer money between accounts, receive an update of your balances or of recently cashed cheques, pay your bills, hear the latest interest rates. Simply dial 416-760-9940. So-Voice is a bilingual service in either Ukrainian or English.

Online Banking

Online banking is a free, easy to use, and secure service that provides you access to your account from your personal computer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Obtain your account status, pay bills, transfer funds between sub-accounts and renew investments.

Our service operates in a 128 bit encryption environment and employs VeriSign digital certificates. In addition, at no time are account numbers or account names transmitted in the clear. Accounts must be accessed with the correct combination of an alias and a password known only to you.

Bill Payments

Bill payments can be made by online banking and through So-Use Voice. To access the service just bring in copies of your bills for set up.

EFT/AFT - Electronic Fund Transfers

Automatic pre-authorized debit plan supports the transfer of funds to and from your account. Companies offer bill payments through automatic debit. You will be required to complete their forms and provide them with a voided cheque.

So-Use Automated Teller Machine

So-Use Automated Teller Machine is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can carry out the following: withdraw cash up to a daily maximum of $500, transfer funds, obtain balances, acquire latest cheque transactions and make deposits (funds are held until the next business day for verification).

Money Wires

Canadian or US funds can be wired anywhere in the world. International currencies can be transferred from anywhere in the world and converted to Canadian or US funds. Service charges are applicable.
